To return a product it must be unused and be in its original packaging, we must receive it back within 10 days of being signed for, and you must have approval from us to return the product.
Missing parts or damages must be reported within 24 Hours of delivery. If any parts are received broken eg: glass shades etc please contact us as we have many spares available from stock & if available we can send out for next day delivery.
If any goods are returned unwanted or incorrectly ordered by you, we will either exchange or refund provided that all goods are returned in a perfect, saleable condition within 10 days. However, no carriage refunds can be given. We can arrange collection (for a small charge) if this is more convenient for you.
If you wish to make a return please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org clearly stating which item you are returning, the reason for returning it and the action you would like us to take. If you request a refund then the amount paid will be refunded back onto your original payment card.
At Raymie Ryan Lighting we can offer (for a small charge) a collection service if you want to return your order. . If any item is broken/faulty we will arrange free collection. All goods supplied by Raymie Ryan lighting are from official sources and are covered by the normal manufacturers’ warranty. If an item has failed prematurely please contact us with details of the product and fault. Certain products may need to be returned to our supplier, for inspection and possible repair, before a credit can be issued.
If an exchange is requested a replacement will be sent when we have available stock.
We aim to process returns in 7 days, but please allow up to 14 days for exchange/refund.
