We process your order right away. You will be advised of delivery within 3 working days of placing the order. If not in stock in, items will be ordered from our suppliers and delivered to you within 3 to 10 working days. Our usual hours are Monday - Saturday 10.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. Once the goods are despatched you will be notified via e-mail and in most cases give our couriers tracking number to follow the progress of your order.
We advise you book a qualified electrician to fit the lights once the goods have been received and not prior to this. We cannot be held responsible for any charges from electricians if goods arrive later than expected.
We will email you when your order has been dispatched and provide an expected delivery date and delivery service that will be used. Upon receipt of your order you will be asked to sign for the goods received in good condition. If the package does not appear to be in good condition then please check your item before signing. If you are unable to check the contents of your delivery at the point of delivery then please sign for the parcel as 'Unchecked'. Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims you make thereafter. Please note you have 10 working days from receiving the goods to report any unwanted items (unused and in original packaging) and 24 hours from receiving the goods to report any damages. We therefore advise all items are checked immediately after receiving delivery. Claims for unwanted or damaged goods cannot be accepted outside this period.
